
Kelli Vickrey, MS, APRN, FNP-C

Kelli Vickrey is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and founder of R&R Aesthetics & Wellness in Fort Worth, Texas. With over 13 years of clinical experience, including 8 years as a registered nurse in critical care and emergency medicine, Kelli blends deep medical knowledge with a passion for holistic, results-driven care.
She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University. Her career as a Nurse Practitioner has spanned family medicine, occupational health, aesthetic medicine, and advanced regenerative therapies.
Kelli has studied functional medicine for more than a decade and holds certification through the Functional Medicine Academy. She is also completing certification through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM), having completed AFMCP and multiple advanced modules. Her additional training includes coursework with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy Academy, American Ozone Academy, and numerous peptide, hormone, and regenerative therapy programs.
In 2020, she launched JourneyMed Direct Primary Care, which evolved into R&R Aesthetics & Wellness—a membership based family practice focused on functional medicine and holistic primary care. Kelli’s signature approach is rooted in identifying the root cause of health concerns while supporting graceful aging from the inside out.
Kelli was selected as a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses scholar in 2025 and has led her clinic to receive multiple honors, including Living Magazine’s “Best Of” Awards for Best Functional Medicine Practice, Best Regenerative Medicine, Best Facials, and Best Med Spa.
She lives in Mansfield, Texas, with her husband, two daughters, and two French bulldogs. Outside of work, Kelli enjoys true crime podcasts, reality TV, and spending quality time with her close-knit circle of family and friends. She remains deeply committed to staying at the forefront of both aesthetic and functional medicine to deliver transformative care to her patients.
